1. Customer Service: Having a great relationship with customers on all aspects of the moving experience is essential. How do we do this? It all starts with the free consultation prior to the move. This is where the communication and relationship with each customer begins. During the consultation we want to get a feel for what the customer wants to accomplish, when they want to accomplish it, and what their payment expectations are. Prior to the move, we will estimate how much time, and how much the cost of moving will be. Our estimations are usually always spot on by the end of the move! We will maintain as much communication as possible with our customers, prior to the move, during and after the move, to make sure everyone is happy. Communication and establishing a relationship is key in our quest of being Boston’s best moving company. But it also ensures a happy customer, which is any good business’s main goal and priority.
2. Stress Free Move:  Moving into a new town, state, home, or office can be stressful; especially when you’re starting over. That is understandable. However, the moving process itself, should be as stress-free as possible; you have enough on your plate as it is! Let us take away some of that stress! We will help keep you organized during the move, we will give you packing tips, packing supplies etc. We are the moving company, and it is our job to take away some of the stress that comes from moving.
3. Packing Supplies: We will supply all the packing materials you need to help make your move as stress free as possible (let us know if you’re interested prior to moving day). Our packing supplies will help protect your belongings during the big move!
4. Packing & Moving Tips: Here are just a few packing and moving tips that will help your move go more smoothly and of course less stressful! You can check out more tips here. One of the things we recommend is to label each box so that when we unload the truck, we will be able to put each box with its corresponding room. This will help keep you and us a little more organized. Also, try to reserve a parking spot for the truck in front of both the new and old locations; that way we won’t have to walk far to load and unload the truck, and it will make the moving process much quicker and efficient.
